How do the Flow Restrictors work?

The Restrictors operation principle is the emulsion, this is, the insertion of oxygen in the water, origining millions of micro bubbles, thereby increasing the volume and reducing the flow of water by 50%, causing a sensation that we're using the same amount of water when in reality it is only used half.
